Microshading
Microshading is a semi-permanent make-up cosmetic procedure, in which the artist uses a manual process to insert the pigment into the top layers of the skin using dotting technique. As a result, a more powdery eyebrow effect is achieved and a misty, powder filled brows are created.
The whole procedure resembles the procedure of microblading, but the technique used is different, and so is the final outcome (scroll down for more).
The most common way of creating powder brows is by mixing it with the ombre effect. Added to powder brows, ombre effect is the one that creates a misty effect of the eyebrows. The tails of the ombre powder brows are darker, and as one moves to the front of the brow, it starts to fade, giving a three-dimensional look that only makeup can recreate.
The whole procedure is a two-step process, and it consists of the initial insertion of the pigment, and the touch-up that takes place 6 – 8 weeks after the initial procedure. Powder brows are there to help you create the desire fullness of your eyebrows, and create the exact design that you want.
What is the Difference Between Microblading and Ombre Powder Brows?
Even though the two procedures are very similar, that is, both involve the artist inserting the pigment into the surface layers of your skin, the technique used is different, as well as the result. Whereas, microblading creates individual strokes that resemble the eyebrow hairs, powder brows create small dots to achieve more powdery eyebrow effect and a misty, powder filled brow is created. Microbleeding
Eyebrows are one of the most important parts of the face that play an important role in facial expressions. Today, many men and women are interested in doing this method.
In this part, the PR Academy tries to fully explain this method of permanent eyebrow makeup for esteemed applicants and answer the questions of esteemed applicants.
What is microbleeding?
Microbleeding is a permanent or semi-permanent make-up that is a bit like eyebrow tattooing. PR Academy performs this method using advanced and quality tools as well as organic pigments. This is done manually using a special blade consisting of 10 to 12 small needles and organic pigments. The blade gently scratches the surface of the skin (like a paper cut) and actually draws lines as delicate as eyebrow hairs. After designing and cutting the surface of the skin, the pigments are gently placed on the surface of the eyebrows and the created scratches and show the created lines like the main eyebrow hairs, and finally give the eyebrows a neat, tidy and natural look. Unlike the usual tattoo method, where the cut surface of the skin is deep and extends to the underlying layers of the skin, the cut surface of the skin in microbleeding is done only up to the second layer of the skin. The purpose of PR microbleeding is to beautify the eyebrows with a completely natural look. The incisions made with the microneedling tool are smaller than the blade, so this method is smoother and less invasive than the microbleeding.
